Bread dough

Last week, finally I made the bread dough out of Healthy Bread in Five Minutes a Day.
These are the ingredients I used, plus water.
Here is what the dough looked like before it rose . . .

After it rose it filled half the bowl and stayed flat and raised in the fridge for a few days.

Then I made a loaf of bread-which didn't turn out like I wanted, but this last weekend I used the dough for pizza. It turned out thicker than we usually make our pizza, but it was good! (I'll have to post those pics as a separate blog-since I still can't figure out how to get pictures on here the way I want!)
